The Wainstones and Hasty Bank
Rocky tors, a stretch of the Cleveland Way and a big view over the Cleveland plain.

Climb east from Clay Bank up the pitched path onto Hasty Bank, then along the escarpment edge to the Wainstones, a jumble of sandstone outcrops popular with climbers. Scramble through the rocks and descend to Garfit Gap, then return along the forest tracks below the escarpment, or continue over Cold Moor and Cringle Moor for a longer day.
