From Staindale climb through the trees onto Low Bridestones, follow the ridge past the mushroom-shaped rocks, cross the valley and return along High Bridestones. Drop into Dovedale Griff, a wooded ravine with some of the oldest oaks in the National Park, before returning to the car park.
