Steam trains through the winter moors with Father Christmas on board and a present for every child.
These dates are based on when this event usually takes place and have not been confirmed by the organiser for this year. Please check before travelling.
The railway's Santa Specials run from Pickering on weekends through December and daily in the last week before Christmas. Trains are decorated, mince pies and mulled wine are served, and Santa walks the carriages. They sell out by early autumn; book as soon as tickets are released.
