A weekend when heritage diesels take over the line, with visiting locomotives and an intensive timetable.
These dates are based on when this event usually takes place and have not been confirmed by the organiser for this year. Please check before travelling.
For steam purists a weekend off; for everyone else a chance to ride behind Deltics, Class 37s and other classic diesels on one of the most scenic lines in the country, with guest engines from the main line and other heritage railways.
