Weave a festive willow star
Willow weaving workshop at Sutton Bank: make a star for the tree or the wall
Village feast weekend under the White Horse with sports, a Mock Mayor and Mayoress, and a race up the horse.

Kilburn's feast has run since the 1600s and keeps its Mock Mayor tradition: a mayor and mayoress, both men, are elected on the Monday and tour the village fining people for imaginary offences. There is a fell race to the White Horse, sports on the green, a fair and a good deal of drinking. One of the last genuine village feasts in the county.
